Pop one a day in a cup with my retainers and they seem to be kept nicely fresh. Occasionally gently brush with a toothbrush too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fresher and clean *by S***T on 30 July 2021* The media could not be loaded. I have had my night guard for a few years now and unfortunately it has looked better. I clean it daily after brushing my teeth but this has made little difference. I liked the idea of these as simple and easy to use and reassuring to know that it helps kills 99% of odour causing bacteria. It’s is comforting as this piece of dental equipment is used nightly.You get three packs with 30 tabs for Β£11.77, using daily this is a three month supply. Each tablet is individually wrapped, it has perforated edges so could take a few with you if travelling which is convenient. My guard is old and stained, so I wasn’t expecting much to change in this regard it was more for the freshness.You add warm water just above your guard, let soak for 3-5mins, then use the solution to clean with a toothbrush and then dispose. My guard as I expected didn’t look a lot cleaner but when inserted it felt and tasted so much better.
