I bought another brand, and it was less than half an inch. Too small and kept flying out of the bowl.** A: It’s about the size of a nickel . I’m a chef and don’t understand your comment about flying out of the Bowl . Use a spoon or deeper dish . This pasta is great for soups and pasta salad . The kids love it . **Q: Is this made in a facility with egg? Or any other top 8 allergens?** A: Not sure but I do know my daughter who is very allergic to eggs eats this at least 3 times a week with no allergic symptoms! It’s wonderful pasta, delicious! We’re vegans so it’s an important part of our diet!
