It became difficult for her to play once it began to function. Full function capacity, it can hold more than coats. I use it every day, fast walk on small incline, about 3-4 miles per day. After 15 months the belt started jerking around. We bought a new belt and it was better, but I was never confident enough to leave go of the handrails because it would jerk out of the blue. Shortly after buying the new belt, the motor started acting up. Horizon refused to do anything, saying it was out of warranty, even though the entire base of the treadmill has written "LIFETIME MOTOR WARRANTY" on it. So it would sometimes start, and then the speed would just drop suddenly, like the motor just wore out.
