**Q: I have a somfy wind retractor installed. Would this remote work?**
A: only i did the motor inside is somfy or simu brand

**Q: how do you change batteries ?**
A: There is a small screw on the back that opens up the remote. There should be really no reason to change batteries in one of these remotes at this point as they typically last 8 to 10 years and this version remote has only been on the market for less than a year.

**Q: Will this remote control work for a Solair awning?**
A: If your Solair awning has a Somfy RTS motor installed then you can use this remote.  If you are not sure what kind of motor is installed you can contact the manufacturer and they should be able to tell you.

A: Yes, the Situó remotes are interchangeable with the Telis remotes are available in one or five channels just like the Telis. Situó is the new more modern version.
