It is quite light weight but still sturdy. Simple to assemble, didn't take too long. Looks very smart, really pleased with the set. The only minor negative is the height of the table compared to the chairs, perhaps the chairs are a little low. I am only 5ft tall and the table is just a little high for me though it suits my husband. No need for cushions as the chairs are comfortable, but I might get a couple just to lift me up a bit.
