Review: Mehrere Pads wurden für die Front-/Backplate einer 3090 FE verwendet. Aufgrund der weichen Mischung wird der sonst empfindliche Anpressdruck der Kühler auf die GPU DIE nicht beeinflusst. Die GELID Pads werden aus diesem Grund empfohlen. Die maximal zu erwartende Wärmeübertragung wurde erreicht, die Temperaturen sind seit 4 Wochen konstant und die DIE Temperatur sowie Hotspot Delta sind ebenfalls konstant geblieben und gerade letzteres ist oft das KO Kriterium für andere Pads. Einige Reste habe ich für die Außenseite der GPU Backplate verwendet und ich war überrascht wie gut die Pads an der Backplate und an den nur draufgelegten Kühlern haftet - ohne dabei Spuren zu hinterlassen.
