Loved it so much, I bought another one for my wife who also loved it. And now I'm going to buy another one! Eventually I plan to replace all my (perfectly acceptable) combs for this one. I have a perfectly good ox horn comb, and I had a seperate smaller one for other times but I already replaced my smaller one for Chicago #1 comb. (see pic) They're sturdy, they're so well made, they last forever, they don't disintegrate like ox horn does (nobody's fault on that. Since ox horn is keratin, they will disintegrate eventually) and they're just really well made. The "but also" part is when it comes to their customer service. So good! They get back to you so quickly. John was so polite and accommodating to a mistake that happened. Their company as a whole is just fantastic.
