**Q: How stable are these? Would they be good for working out at the gym?**
A: I bought them for the gym. I love them. I can use them for cardio then go lift. Stayed put through bench press. I did hit them against the bar on so laying down tricep movements but I just move the head band across my forehead and I’m good.
