**Q: Will these be slippery in shoes**
A: These are not especially slippery but will slip some if you are playing a vigorous sport like tennis.   They are slightly tacky and will stay in place if you are walking.

**Q: Good for preventing rubbing / blisters?**
A: Absolutely. I've tried so many things to stop the blisters on the back of my heels (socks, shoe pads, band aids, etc.) and none have worked consistently. These have held up incredibly well considering the beating they take, and I have had zero blisters since I started using them.

**Q: Dishwasher safe?**
A: As long as they're 100% silicone they should be dishwasher safe. Top rack is best.

**Q: Can an ointment (not a powder) be used on the skin with these heel protectors without degrading the silicone gel?**
A: If the protester get wet, it slips around. Not sure that answers your question

The material is so bad, that it tore less than 2 hours of wearing them.The thickness of the material is also thin, not effective to relieve the pain from your heel. Definelty not worth the money.

I also used heels protector from another brands also but they got torned after first use only. This is better than those cheap quality heal protectors available in the same price.
