I could wash these by hand easily and quickly instead of waiting them to run through the dishwasher. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Goldilocks found the right one finally! *by K***Z on 10 March 2019* I felt like Goldilocks trying to find the right size shields. I tried the 2 sizes that came with the pump that were too small, then went to 36mm which were too big. Also all of the shields I tried were so uncomfortable and left ring indents on my skin after pumping that hurt! I could tell immediately after the first use with these that they were so much better but wanted to wait until I used them for a few weeks and could really see a difference to write a review. I’m not so sure I saw an increase in the amount pumped but there is definitely a difference in how I feel! They are so comfortable! My nipples are no longer bruised and I no longer cringe and wince while pumping! I highly suggest give these a try! They are so much more comfortable than the hard plastic ones!! Also, I read a few comments that the tunnel that connects to the pump is too short and I just want to say I disagree with that. The tunnel is about 1-1.5 inches and stays on very well.
