It's actually hard to resist using in shoots that are supposed to be a little more low key ;)Some downsides: the clips holding the shape plates in place are a little weak, but are also easy to bend back into place, so it hasn't really been an issue. Also, the Extra shape plates that are also sold are a bit overpriced in my opinion.But there's no turning back now!I've used this both with continuous lights and with flash.
