I absolutely could not verify this until I replaced mine. Also, the stock plastic mount piece originally was trash. This one the plastic feels the same but it's way more rigid; I dunno how to describe it best. I mounted this on my printer, reset my z axis and all that jazz, the wiring was super easy you just swap black for black red for red, and replace the 3pin wire - easy peasy. This was a much needed 'upgrade' or 'replacement'.
