And your customer service is horrible. You want everybody to jump through hoops taking pictures videos cutting wires taking more pictures on your faulty recalled product. And then finally to send out another hoverboard that doesn't even work. And now almost a month later you still haven't replaced it. I was told on the phone some of the units are catching on fire and some of the units are maneuvering on their own.
