A: Short answer, six times. I recommend watching Youtube "best way to clean and grease skate bearings" by Hockey Tutorial 6/14/2016.

I bought this to clean bearings used on RC cars. worked great and was super quick and easy to just shake the bearings and get all the crud off them so you can inspect them more thoroughly. The citrus cleaner seemed to work to get rid of all the grime from Nitro buggy racing which is impressive.
