It was my fault. I didn't read the description and bought based on lower price. Noticed in their parking lot that it was solvent-based, not ECO. Exchanged for the water-based item. **Q: can this be used on concrete counter tops?** A: Yes. I use it on my cement tiles. **Q: After applying to natural stone or grout is there any shine?
