The units come with stock android 11 and no crapware and the laser scanning software preinstalled. The units are plenty fast and the barcode scanner reads quite well. The package includes screen protector, protective case, lanyard, and other add-ons. The keyboard emulator software (runs the barcode scanning laser) seems to work pretty well and has lots of options, and is actively being developed. Company support has been responsive to requests and helpful, but expect 1 day lag due to time zones. One minor quibble I have is that if you use the included protective case for the device, it will no longer fit in the charging dock.
