I did not expect any smartness for the price I paid. However, couple of things I assumed that are standard, are not available. No regrets. I am still going to use it.What I like about thisA. The customer support person assigned to my purchase has been friendly, helpful and responses quick.Now, let me list out the things that this phone doesn't have.1. Date and Time - Every time you pop-out battery and you re insert, or if the phone come live after the recharge of drained battery, you have to re-enter the date and time. NO, it does not sync with Carrier's Network.2. Internet - Doesn't work. It looks for Proxy and connection settings. Doesn't connect automatically with Carrier's network. Well, I wanted a 'dumb phone'. So, no complaints.3. Roaming - It did not work inspite of setting the network to 'Automatic' at my work place.
