I am very sensitive to odors, especially perfumes and perfumed laundry and cleaning products. I recently purchased two pairs of blue jeans. One pair was from ebay, so detergent odor not unexpected. The other pair was supposedly new, but had a very strong detergent odor. It was the last pair of this style of jeans in my size so I wanted to keep them. I washed the jeans four times in detergent with different odor removing products such as baking soda, spray on odor remover, etc. I left them out in the sunshine to dry all day. Nothing worked.I went on Reddit and someone recommended this product. I purchased and washed the next day in warm water with TideFree liquid detergent and two capfuls of EnviroKlenz Laundry Odor Eliminator. When the cycle was done I opened the washer door and, presto!!! The odor is gone!Get some of this. You won't be sorry.

I saw a recommendation for this product and seriously, it works amazing!! I used to have to wash all my exercise clothes on hot in order to get the smell out but this takes care of it on warm!! Just a half scoop for a medium load!!

Very disappointed in this product. I bought it to get out the smell of fabric softener that my clothes picked up in a washing machine and it did nothing, even after two washings. A total waste of money. Baking soda at a mere fraction of the cost of this product did the job perfectly.

This product has worked well to diminish the musty odor of sweat in softball clothes. My daughter has seen a marked difference in her sweat stained tops. She can discern the removal of a slick layer on her tops, that now feel like cotton again. Highly recommend!

I was hoping to get the smell out of a pair a jeans that had a weed preventer chemical smell. It did not work on the jeans, but it did get the smell out of my washer.

I recently bought a used pair of pants online. I did not see in the listing that they were coming from a smoker's home. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke. The moment I opened the package I almost threw them out in the trash - they smelled so bad! Instead I googled removing odors from clothing and saw the name of this product. I am now a believer. Just one scoop of this powder witth my unscented laundry detergent and the smoke odor completely gone. I will also be using this on my new clothing, to remove the new clothing chemical smell. For those of us with chemical sensitivities, this is a great product!

Oops! Previously commented & gave rating on wrong product. I did have problems with EnviroKlenz in my Top Load HE machine which does not allow for filling tub with water & dissolving the product before placing clothes in washer. My washer does not allow using liquid & powder detergent in the same load. So tried presoaking item & then washing normally. Unfortunately the Powder EnviroKlenz did not fully dissolve in cool or warmish water. Next time I'll try hot water & then cool to temp for the item I'm washing. But what a pain!

I was in desperate need of ANYTHING that would remove the sweat smell from my husband's work clothes! I searched pinterest, Google, tried all different kinds of laundry soap, soaking in baking soda.. you name it! Then I found a pin on pinterest and the lady said to use this. So of course I went straight to Amazon! The reviews on this are definitely mixed, but it worked for me! I will say that bc of the reviews I did not follow the instructions on the product! I used 3 HEAPING scoops of powder and soaked his shirts in hot water in the washing machine pretty much all day. The smell was gone, and stayed gone! I've only used it again bc it had been a few months and I basically did it as a maintenance soak. With summer coming I may need to use it more often. Definitely would recommend trying this!
