Silicone, no. **Q: Does it come with the pax vaporizer?** A: No it doesn't. I suggest you go to paxvapor.com and find an authorized seller for a pax. **Q: Is there a compartment to hold ABV?** A: If you use the cap that contains the storage compartment, you can put whatever you want in there. Smell proof (as advertised!). Fits my Pax 3 perfectly, does not rattle. Love that it has the raised mouthpiece lid (works seamlessly!). Includes two stash containers that you can keep on the container or remove. I removed them as I wanted less bulk. This gave the device a much lower profile when in my pocket. It's nice that you can configure the set up to suit your needs. I have owned smell proof containers of various designs over the years and one problem is the rubber gasket that seals the lid degrades over time causing the device to lose some of it's airtightness. This product some with an extra package of rubber gaskets included so you should have spares for years.
