She did all the blood work etc., and sent me a local dermatologist who recommended I go to a dermatologist that specialized in hair loss in a major city 2 hours away. After the specialist did all their testing, exams etc., they recommended I get a laser cap.I initially bought the least expensive one (the one that looks like it’s from a Star Wars movie). After I received it and read the fine print I realized it was a scam! It only had 21 actual lasers and 30 useless LEDs. I returned it and contacted GrivaMax to verify that their cap actually had 272 real lasers. They wrote back immediately and said yes they were 272 lasers. I was impressed with their quick response and so I ordered one right away from Amazon.It arrived quickly but it was obvious it wasn’t brand new, so I contacted them again. Their response was very impressive. They apologized for having mistakenly sent one that had been marked for a return, and immediately shipped me a new one even before I returned the original. Now that’s great customer service!After I had been using it for about 3-4 months I went back to dermatological hair loss specialist for a checkup.
