The recipe I used called for whipping up 5 egg whites and a rather long laundry list of other ingredients including Bird's custard. They were delicious, but kind of a chore to make. I saw this listing and decided to take a chance. I was impressed! The waffles came out better than the from scratch recipe I was using and it's as easy as adding water and melted butter. They didn't stick and came out crispy with a tender center. I found them delicious. This is a keeper for me and I'm looking forward to more bubble waffles in my future.
