Love love love and then more love! Just fabulous and kicks Starbucks bottoms on flavor and taste. More like proper European coffee.

I would buy from this company again. There was a problem with my product of no fault of this company. They refunded my money almost immediately even though they are an independent seller. Seamless transaction and stress free.

I bought a new machine but received a used one, machine is not white rather a cream color

I had a citiz for about 10 years. I was thinking about replacing just due to age and then the milk frothed quit heating. This newer style is slightly more compact and works just as well. The item was brand new and packaged well. I like the white as it has a retro feel in my 105 year old home. Recommend.

My first nespresso machine and I'll very happy I got it. Makes a really tasty espresso, latte, or Americano. Biggest gripe, and reason for a one star deduction, is the milk frothier doesn't get the milk hot enough for my liking. Great job creating a dense foam (delish), just wish it got it hotter.

This Nespresso machine looks so good on my daughter's new kitchen. The light color makes it look super elegant

The box was clearly opened, and the water tank has scuff's blemishes, the included box of 12 coffee pods was opened, but all are there. The rest of the machine appears new. This was advertised as a NEW product. The costco pod offer was included inside, so it appears this machine was bought at Costco and is being resold? Have not tried the machine to see if it works.

Love making lattes and cappuccinos at home. Have only gone to Starbucks a few times since I got it.
