This does have noticeable flavour boost on offer. The powder appears grainy, though look closer and its the vanilla seeds/pods being left within the mix. I found the taste to be a touch too sweet, even when mixing the recommendation on the packet which is 30g to 200ml. The consistency wasn't lumpy and easy to digest with water. I did find the gourmet blended ingredients leave traces of bits in the shaker. Given it has a mix of micellar casein, whey and egg white you get quite a lot in a single packet and it takes out the "How much I need of each" for those who just want something to get them going. I took this as a pre-workout and usually some mixes don't feel too good. Happy to say this didn't give me any problems during and post workout. The packet states 500g. I weiged it and actually found it to have 515g. Perhaps could be the packaging which may makeup the extra 15g. Though otherwise its spot on.
