I had put together some house warming gifts of food ingredients. I then wanted to include a recipe card with the directions. Not knowing the exact kitchen designs of the recipients, I wanted recipe cards with just classic features and no added cutesy fluff. I found these cards and order two: one to use for gifts and one for me. The card stock is heavy duty and fit well inside the plastic covers I bought separately. And this company is a USA small family run business. Highly recommend!

A classic, simple design and no shiny coating so regular pen does not smudge. Also, I like how the card displays the information in a straight-forward way, which makes it easy to read and follow once it is filled out. It's not the cutest or trendiest design available on Amazon, but it's a quality card on thick card stock with a timeless design that's easy to read and follow. A win in my book.
