However, this one was refurbished and I trusted that it would be also. Wrong, I purchased it for my business, didn't use it much except because I also used another Hp printer I had. I had it sitting down under my table and didn't realize it was smoking until I put on top of my table to print tonight. Too late to send back window closed May 6, 2021. Lesson learned, do not purchase refurbished items.Had to purchase a toner cartridge right about a few uses which was no big deal on that.Valerie ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seller missed items, Amazon picked up the dropped ball. HP customer service stayed diligent. *by G***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 5, 2020* Connecting this printer to my laptop was a challenging effort. Well past my expertise and required me to contact HP. This diligent HP Tech support representative needed to remotely control my laptop and took 75 minutes to fully connect this printer wired and wirelessly. To then find out I was not sent a toner cartridge with the printer. Amazon made that right buy supplying the cartridge the following day. I find out from the HP rep that the “lifespan” of my HP printer is 4 years and that my printer is no longer “supported” by HP. I later find out that HP printers in general are difficult during setup from a friend who does companies printer connections for a living.My only true disappointment is not having received a toner cartridge with the product when it was originally shipped which is the sellers fault. Amazon and HP customer service were perfect in their ability to resolve any issues if given time.This printer was recommended to me by a family member who had already purchased one.
