It still works but I don't want to use ear plugs. I contacted @Juvely and have not received a response in the 2 business days . I think it should be under warranty. Let's see if I get a response. I received a response a week later apologized for the late response, and honoring the warranty. Very pleased with the response and will be receiving anew one in the mail.This is the first review after a cpl months. The wand is great, we have been using another wand for a while now and decided to give the Velvet a try. I like the fact that it was duel sided, and the shspe is great, it has this curve that works great, let say she's on top, that curve fits the contours of her belly, so she places either end on her spot, and can lean foward without it getting in the way, let's just say it fits curves where the other was big and bulky. The power it delivers is awesome, but the pointy tip is more powerful then the round. It has a nice glow, it can be a bit bright if your looking down or directly at it but helps as a night light and to see what's going on. It's a much better travel toy because you must hold the button down to turn on where on the other you did not, and by the time you got there the bell man was looking at you funny and the battery was dead. Bottom line: great toy, great size, great power , and she has amazing orgasium's alone, or using it during sex.
