## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are there sulfites in these chilies**
A: Hi there. I checked the package and it is nothing but dried chili pods. They aren’t smoked which might lend to your concern about the sulphites. They are packed in a plant where nuts/peanuts and dry shrimp are processed. I hope this helps.

    Very Good Quality

*by G***T on Reviewed in the United States on May 25, 2020*

These are very good quality anchos.....fresh enough to be pliable and quite flavorful. Just right as the base for a batch of red chile sauce (ancho, guajillo, pequin, and New Mexico red).
