You can only choose one size for the whole sparring kit. I consider myself a average sized guy, I don't have a small head nor do I have a large head. The gloves are just right but the head gear is huge, I can put two fingers between my forehead and the head gear. If it wasn't for the strap under my chin it would probably fall off with the first contact.I think this would fall more under how the product is purchased not a quality issue at all.Maybe during the selection process each piece can have a size to choose from and also a sizing chart.
