It is not working at all.** A: search in youtube for help. Basically it's the problem with the antenna inside being flat down. Unscrew and open the top part, move the antenna straight up and turn on both car and remote. It will sync immediately. Before putting back to top part, put the antenna through the hole at the top part and you will not have this problem anymore.
