I would give her a good soak and scrub using some Davis Miconazole Shampoo first as it’s an anti fungal shampoo and can be found at most pet stores or here on Amazon. That will wash any fungal spores off her fur. Then apply the lime sulfur cream twice a day until it resolves (normally 10-14 days but may take up to 6 weeks depending on the severity). Also, make sure to isolate her from any other animals, wash your hands really well after handling her or working in her cage (ringworm is contagious), thoroughly disinfect her cage weekly, and up her intake of vitamin C (either through diet or adding drops).
