Water companies use the Endopure product line for service lines from the main to the meter. Superior stuff if you get the "model" you need. ### ⭐ Wrong PSI Sent *by F***Z on September 16, 2013* I have ordered pipe from this company before and had no problem. It works for what I need it for which is making hula hoops. Was very disappointed to see I got 200 PSI in my last shipment. I had waited a few before opening it but also started cutting it before I notice it was harder to cut through. So I am giving it one star due to the wrong product being sent. ### ⭐⭐ Received 200psi, but they fixed it *by L***Y on January 9, 2014* I ordered this to make someone a hula hoop for Christmas. Unfortunately, like the other customers, I received 200psi instead of 160psi. They told me the name/info of the product was written incorrectly and that they would fix it. It has been a few weeks and it still hasn't been fixed... I hope they do it soon so others don't make the same mistake!The only good thing I have to say is that when I contacted them, they got back to me right away and sent me the correct tubing at no additional charge. It arrived at my door in 2-3 days. They also suggested that if I couldn't use the incorrect tubing that I should donate it to a charity... I appreciate that. Their customer service is super nice, quick and helpful, and that is why I am giving them 2 stars. The seller will receive a higher rating than the product.The 200psi tubing itself is rigid and hard to cut/insert connectors, though not impossible. Haven't used the 160psi tubing yet, but it seems less rigid.
