My sister felt this set was so fantastic that she gave her old non-electric set to our niece. For regular Thanksgiving for my family and two sets of in-laws, I had to cook a large turkey. I didn’t have an electric carver, so I purchased this one based on my sister’s rave reviews. My husband found the carving the meat off the turkey very easy. As I carved the remaining meat off the bones at evening’s end, I thought the knife was AWESOME. It felt good; it was sharp; it was easy to assemble, disassemble and clean. Highly recommend it.

OMG! My sister bought this set for an early Thanksgiving Day dinner with our parents at the beginning of November. My sister felt this set was so fantastic that she gave her old non-electric set to our niece. For regular Thanksgiving for my family and two sets of in-laws, I had to cook a large turkey.
