    Decent buy if you want gluten noodles in bulk

These have wheat in the noodles so if you are trying to go gluten-free don't be swayed by the "green noodle" marketing. Having said that, these are a fun noodle and this company did a good job delivering everything well. I probably would not order again because I prefer gluten-free noodles but if you are fan of this noodle and want it in bulk, this is a good choice.

    tom yum and yakisoba were not my favorite, while miso was quite good

The noodles have a stringy texture that I think would be improved by a thicker gauge. Flavors vary in palatability: tom yum and yakisoba were not my favorite, while miso was quite good. Oddly enough, I liked soy and shiitake the most. I think it's better if you use your own seasonings.
