Didn't come with instructions or a webpage for instructions or anything. Amazon said it just screws on and off, tried... didn't work let it sit in water, tried butter to loosen it.... after butter melted tried again and.... yup it broke... be careful, should have spent more money and got a better quality one.****Update*****They contacted me to see how I liked my purchase. When I had told them what happened they quickly sent me a new one free of charge. This company wants to make sure their customers are happy and so I changed my review from 1 star to 5. ### ⭐ One Star *by R***N on February 26, 2017* Arrived broken ### ⭐⭐⭐ Just meh. *by O***W on October 13, 2016* Not in love with this pitcher - because the infuser screws directly into the cap, it becomes messy when taking it apart to add more mint/fruit or liquid if you've used fruits that can be infused more than one time, or to just empty out the infuser and add fresh stuff. I should have realized I'd want one where the infuser is open in the lid so you can pour the liquid (in my case, green tea and lots of it, I go through more than a full pitcher daily) over the fruit or whatever you're infusing. So, just meh. I've since purchased one where I can put the infuser in through the open lid, add my mint and teabags, then pour water over it all. Hopefully, I'll be happier with that one.
