Or synthetic scents?** A: Don’t know but they’re awful smelling **Q: Are there any synthetic ingredients?** A: Hi the cones are made in house in the UK using 100% natural Agarwood. **Q: Do these work in the back flow burners?** A: Hi, these are note backflow incense cones. The smoke rises up and not down. **Q: Go out the whole time, I find these only burn about half way down the cone then go out - every time** A: Light the cone until you have a small flame. Let the flame burn for a few seconds. Gently blow the flame out and you should see the cone has a smoking tip. (If the tip is not smoking repeat until it does). Let it slowly burn.
