The black lid release button is faulty & top presses against face when drinking or drips when held sideways** A: Go on the Under Armour website & email them that you're unhappy yours broke or whatever, be sure to give them your address in the email. I've done this when all my clear caps broke on that older model & they mailed me new lids for free. I too wish this new model had a circular spout instead of the tear-drop shape so it would be easier to drink from sideways without your nose going into the cap. The 'spring' design using the rubber-like ring on the clear cap model was also much better. They need to merge this model with the first cap model, since the first caps aren't as durable.
