The door holder's roller catch automatically latches to the strike to hold the door open and releases by a gentle pull. The floor-mounted strike also acts as a stop to protect adjacent walls. The door holder includes four #10 x 1-1/4" flathead wood screws for attaching the holder to the door and three #12 x 1-1/4" flathead wood screws and three plastic anchors for attaching the strike to the floor. Slotted mounting holes permit alignment adjustment of the body during installation.
