The robe itself was good quality. The monograming was incorrect. The last name (center larger initial should have been an a. Monogram should have been aAj. The only thing that saved this gift was that I had added Joey under the monogram  which was correct. I checked my instructions to make sure I had not been the one to make the mistake. The company was responsible for incorrect monogram
