I purchased these mats but used them only about a year and replaced them because they're extremely hard to clean their like magnets for grass and any other type of debris. **Q: How do you clean it?** A: We have ours on the outdoor porch and it has held up extremely well, but we haven't found a way to clean it. Pine needles stick to it, but we can't sweep them all off because it is kind of a fiber-y material. We haven't tried using a liquid cleaner on it. **Q: Would this be suitable to place under a vehicle outside to catch any oil drips and not allow it to pass through to the concrete?** A: since the mat is rubber backed, it should keep any drips on the mat. **Q: We get puddles in the garage after snow falls off the cars and melts. Would this be a good idea to catch the snow (and resulting water)?** A: I have a full length mad in each of my garage stalls that catches the water from the melting snow.
