**Q: High Temp/oven rating? Their other products are rated for 350-ish..**
A: The handle is plastic. I wouldn't put in the oven oven. It is a wok and should be used on stove top not in the oven.

**Q: it says "cast-alum" body, so does the body/side also gets hot while cooking?**
A: Yes, it does get hot.

**Q: What is the volume? I'm looking for a small sauce pan. Will this work?**
A: 12 inches is a big medium-Large Wok...think this is not for you
