## Description

Jason has a problem. He doesn’t remember anything before waking up on a school bus holding hands with a girl. Apparently she’s his girlfriend Piper, his best friend is a kid named Leo, and they’re all students in the Wilderness School, a boarding school for “bad kids.” What he did to end up here, Jason has no idea—except that everything seems very wrong.Piper has a secret. Her father has been missing for three days, and her vivid nightmares reveal that he’s in terrible danger. Now her boyfriend doesn’t recognize her, and when a freak storm and strange creatures attack during a school field trip, she, Jason, and Leo are whisked away to someplace called Camp Half-Blood. What is going on? Leo has a way with tools. His new cabin at Camp Half-Blood is filled with them. Seriously, the place beats Wilderness School hands down, with its weapons training, monsters, and fine-looking girls. What’s troubling is the curse everyone keeps talking about, and that a camper’s gone missing. Weirdest of all, his bunkmates insist they are all—including Leo—related to a god. Rick Riordan, the best-selling author of the Percy Jackson series, pumps up the action and suspense in The Lost Hero, the first book in The Heroes of Olympus series. Fans of demi-gods, prophesies, and quests will be left breathless--and panting for Book Two.

Review: A Thrilling Mythological Adventure - Book Review: The Lost Hero Title: The Lost Hero Author: Rick Riordan The Lost Hero is an exciting fantasy novel filled with adventure, mystery, and mythology. The story follows Jason, Piper, and Leo as they go on a dangerous quest to save the goddess Hera. Along the way, they discover shocking secrets about themselves and face many powerful monsters. What I liked most about this book was how each character had a unique personality and special abilities. The mystery surrounding Jason's lost memories kept me interested, and Leo's humor made the story even more enjoyable. The action scenes were thrilling, and the plot had many surprising twists. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys fantasy, adventure, and Greek mythology. It is a great beginning to The Heroes of Olympus series and made me excited to read the next book. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
Review: Nice read. - Oho! Amazing book. A little boring in the Jason parts, but it's a good read nonetheless.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Deserved to be called the sequel of Percy Jackson
*by A***Y on 17 January 2015*

A very good one. See first of all the delivery was good the order reached within 24 hours of placing the order. I loved The Percy Jackson series and after finishing the series with 'The Last Olympian' I was just thinking that now what will I do. I literally loved the series and dedicated my 1 month of the winter holidays just reading the books and ordering the next one from either Amazon or Flipkart. This book is very good on its own, and we shall not compare it to the Percy Jackson books, and specially the last Olympian which was just freaking awesome. This book is a little different from PJ books, as it is written in third person unlike Percy Jackson. The Author in this series does not name a chapter like he did in PJ books for e.g in Percy Jackson the chapter would be like ( The Gods Vote How To Kill Us ) - from the Titan's Curse but in Heroes Of Olympus series the chapter is named upon a character like ( Jason ). The book is very well written, if you are reading it right after the Last Olympian you might find it moving slow, but just keep in mind that in that book, things were finishing so the author did not explain a lot whereas in this book he sets up the plot for the heroes of Olympus series. Finally I would just say that it is a must have books, so just give it a shot!
