I bought the Mark I version for the Okki Nokki and was never really satisfied with the clamp. The old on was plastic and didn't offer much tension to hold the record to the platter. The improved aluminum clamp is offers better clamping over larger surface area and the gasket won't mar the record label. This is a bit pricey, but it is well made. Much better than the original clamp. Mind you turntable rotates in directions so, the extra clamp load is helpful when you are scrubbing counter-clockwise.

Please please PLEASE Okki Nokki coat this clamp in some kind of rubber or something.  It slipped out of my hand once and marred a near mint UK Mono first pressing of Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club
