Review: Overall, a great buy, exactly as advertised, quality for your money - The CleanRide seat covers are a great, mobile, tough product. They are indeed waterproof, which is great for the sweaty monster I am after CrossFit. Really, really simple to install. They have ample size to cover the whole seat, both in length and width of my 2014 4Runner. They do not smell, amazingly, as advertised. They are comfortable on the skin, I dont know that i'd describe it quite like "silky", they have a synthetic fiber feel, like say a polypropylene that you get in alot of your atheletic clothing these days; so it's still plenty comfortable. About sticking to the skin, they do adhere to my skin, not like tape or anything, but I am totally drenched in sweat when I use them so I think it's more my skin being wet than it is the material. When I'm dry, there's no problem with sticking to skin. The only thing I think there's room for improvement on is how they fasten to the seat. Currently, it has a velcro seal to the hooks, which hang from the posts of the head rest and that's plenty stable it doesn't rip off. There is also a seam about midway down the seatcover that's meant to be tucked into the fold of your seat, around your lumbar back. For the most part, this holds the seat cover well. Also I think it's designed not to be strapped down seriously for your seat; and designed to be easily removed and put into place on the go. Personally I'd probably like another elastic strap low on the seat cover to fit around the base of the carseat, around perhaps your feet to fasten the bottom portion. The bottom portion can slide around, especially when you get into or out of the car. However, again it's probably not in the design to be well fastened because they made it to be taken on and off easily. Overall, a great buy, exactly as advertised, quality for your money
Review: Creative Design, Quality Product - I've driven with the product for about a week. I work out most mornings and I'm drenched in sweat when I get back in my car. Most evenings I mountain bike and I'm covered in dirt and sweat. After a week, the CleanRide material still look's new. It stayed in place for the most part. Cotton shorts do not slide on the material as well as my synthetic workout shorts or bike shorts, so it did begin to pull the velcro strap apart, as well as exposing the seat slightly from entry side. To cure this, I wedged some of the material into the back of the seat. The plastic headrest attachment is easy to install and worked on both my Infiniti Q40 and my mom's Camry. It look's to be designed to work for any headrest. The velcro attachment makes it easy to remove for cleaning. My guess is the the velcro will eventually wear, as with each sitting, it has some tension . Too early to tell how many cycles it will take, but my guess is years, with daily driving, which would be probably time to replace it anyway.

**Q: Does it roll up easily to store when not using?**
A: Yes. I store mine in the door pocket.

**Q: does it stick to your skin? we will be using at the beach in Costa Rica and never wear a shirt.**
A: Hey there....I have used this item at least 5 times out of the week.  There are times I take my shirt off and I will stick to you but not like plastic would stick to your skin.  Does it feel uncomfortable? I don't think so.....but don't leave it on your seat while the sun is out......definitely a good buy to protect and keep your seat dry.

**Q: Can it be used on seats with side airbags?**
A: CleanRide will not interfere with side airbags.

**Q: Has anyone tried this on a child's car seat? Does it work?**
A: It is pretty large. Not sure how it would fit a carseat - also, there is no place to put the buckle through the leg area. Unless of course you created one yourself. I would not recommend this for a car seat.

The CleanRide seat covers are a great, mobile, tough product. They are indeed waterproof, which is great for the sweaty monster I am after CrossFit. Really, really simple to install. They have ample size to cover the whole seat, both in length and width of my 2014 4Runner. They do not smell, amazingly, as advertised. They are comfortable on the skin, I dont know that i'd describe it quite like "silky", they have a synthetic fiber feel, like say a polypropylene that you get in alot of your atheletic clothing these days; so it's still plenty comfortable. I've driven with the product for about a week. I work out most mornings and I'm drenched in sweat when I get back in my car. Most evenings I mountain bike and I'm covered in dirt and sweat. After a week, the CleanRide material still look's new. It stayed in place for the most part. Cotton shorts do not slide on the material as well as my synthetic workout shorts or bike shorts, so it did begin to pull the velcro strap apart, as well as exposing the seat slightly from entry side. To cure this, I wedged some of the material into the back of the seat. The plastic headrest attachment is easy to install and worked on both my Infiniti Q40 and my mom's Camry. My guess is the the velcro will eventually wear, as with each sitting, it has some tension . nice product (see pics), not sure what the advantage of the "over the headrest" mount vs. the hook and velcro of this product is. - the plastic "hook" piece that attaches this to the headrest has a velcro strip that connects it to the cover. i found the velcro pulled away often when i sat in the seat however i guess it's good to be able to wash the cover without the plastic hook part (but i don't see this being an issue with the "over the headrest" no plastic hook product so ???). also the plastic hook doesn't really hold the product to the seat, i found as i got in and out of the car the cover would slide enough to unhook and the cover would fall down. other than that the cover is high quality, haven't washed it yet but i'm confident it will product my seats from spills, dirt etc. (more a construction guy than a workout sweat guy). anyway, if the hooks and velcro work for you then cover is very nice. - my solution to the velcro was to simply hot glue the hook and cover together, doubt I'll every wash it vs. just replacing it (see pics). - my solution for the hooks sliding of the head rest posts was a simple sprint clamp (see pics). - pic is in a 2017 Honda CR-V (for size ref).
