Engineered to withstand cold weather without cracking, this mat enhances gold visibility and maximizes recovery efficiency for serious prospectors. ## Description The ASR Outdoor Rubber Riffle Sluice Box Matting is made from highly durable, one-piece flexible rubber, that will never harden or crack in cold weather. It is designed with three (3) traditional, tried and true gold collecting riffle patterns. These gold recovery riffle traps, described in more detail below, are designed to maximize the amount of gold nuggets and gold flake that is trapped in the matting when separated from your raw screened material. This gold panning rubber sluice box mat can be used in a sluice box or on its own. It is manufactured from green thermoplastic rubber (TPR), allowing for optimal clarity and easy spotting of small gold flour, gold flake, gold nuggets, gems or other minerals. The riffle trap gold sluice box matting is pre-scored, so it can easily be cut down to only 8 inches wide using the guide line on the back of the matting. Overall, the dimensions of the matting are 10 inches wide by 27 inches in length, with riffle traps running the entire length of the sluice box matting. This is the perfect sluice box mat for superb fine gold recovery that works with fast or slow water and will enhance your gold prospecting and gold and mineral recovery efforts Review: It works - Great mat and works great. It is only available in this one style **Q: If i buy 2 will it be one full sheet or 2 separate pieces?** A: It will be two sheets but you could use gorilla tape on the bottom and connect the two seams together **Q: How does it stay in the sluice box?** A: First off , you may have to cut it to size to fit your sluice, there is nothing holding it in unless you create something. Good quality mat. **Q: is it 3' or 27" geeze, I hate it when the sellers have different measurements in different parts of the description...it makes a difference** A: It’s 27” I used it on my two foot sluice and it works great. Classify down to 1/8” any bigger small rocks get stuck in deep U but it catches gold!!! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works *by R***R on 12 December 2023* Great mat and works great.
