If so how did you do it?** A: Yeah their pretty bad, I may look at getting the one I have filed. I wonder if I can find someone to make me a few pair, that's just the disc but without the barbell hole. That way I can use it as a solely hand weights. How many inch are they ?** A: Yes **Q: These weights are made in ____ ???** A: I believe the weights are made in the USA by a company called Cap Tech Inc.. they are solid iron with a enamel coating. The coating is kind of weak and chippy, in other words comes off pretty easy, but overall the weights are good quality and I would recommend them.
