All 9 made a cracking sound etc... Out of the 9 that I cracked 2 did not light up at all! That's a 20% * + fail straight of the bat... I have bought four packs from local supermarket for years not even once , not ever was there any duds... The 2 that did not light up were intact they cracked , they were not compromised but the chemical was obviously faulty. Very disappointing given I researched this product and the reviews were encouraging. My advice is shop elsewhere.
