He used to stay home all the time, but now, with a little help from his neighbors, he can work like other people. He enjoys it very much, saying that wood carving has fulfilled his life. “I used to feel hopeless and had to stay home alone. Now it’s completely different. I’m employed. I have some money. I am loved by my colleagues. I like to spend time at work. I want to work everyday.” Ou is responsible for drafting the products before they are finely carved. His drawing skill is incredible.
