But beware; they have a VERY high salt content, 1.8g per serving in the chocolate and 1.7g in the vanilla, thats almost 1/3 of your daily allowance in one drink. I've been drinking 3 shakes a day for years now, I switched to these as my girlfriend is becoming less and less tolerant to dairy. So for a few months there I was getting almost 6g of salt per day just from protein shakes. It says on the packaging to not exceed the recommend daily serving - which is one.
