It was fine this morning, just a little red, and I believe I left the strip on for too long. My surgery was 13 weeks ago and the incision is healed, or so I thought but maybe it is too soon. I still gave a 5 star rating because I think I was not ready for the strips and I will try them again in a few weeks doing it for shorter periods to start as is recommended. I couldn’t stand to have the covers rub against them. They don’t fall off in the shower but you can easily peel them off when you’re ready. You can trim them to fit and I can wear a sock under my boot without it felling bulky or irritating.
