If you have tennis elbow or have had before do not add weight to the head end on top of the paddle because while it will add some power to your serve and extend sweet spot towards the top you will kill your elbow- you have been officially sasquatch warned. You can increase your sweetspot in the middle by adding weight near the handle and on the sides of paddle - very good starting point. Nobody can tell how it will work for you - just like the wine sasquatch like isnt the same wine you will like becuas eof different style of play/tastes. Try 1 gram, then stack 2 grams and cover with your favorite edge tape or favorite color of electrical tape to match or offset your paddle color and your now a professional - well not yet because there are more improtant things like strokes, strategies and softgame.
